Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (70-80% lean)
  • 4 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

Mix all dry spices together in a bowl.

Cook the ground beef fully, drain grease, then add tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of spice mix. Store remaining spice mix for future use.

Allow to simmer for 15 minutes or longer for a thicker consistency.

2 Tablespoons of seasoning per pound of ground beef.
