8oz yellow cheddar cheese shredded
8oz white cheddar cheese shredded
5 scallions chopped fine
3/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
10oz to 16oz cooked chopped bacon (I like bacon, so I go with 16oz)
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (do not substitute!)
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 24 hours.
